Our jewelry comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects that may arise. However, it does not cover defects caused by improper use or wear and tear over time.

Each piece of our jewelry is unique and may have natural imperfections inherent to the nature and style of each material. The color may vary slightly depending on the dye lots and the calibration of the screen on which you view the images.

To validate the warranty, the purchase date must be verified with either the purchase receipt, gift receipt, or invoice. 

Repairs

If your repair is not covered by the warranty, we can repair your piece, with the exception of discolored plating and deterioration due to aging. The approximate labor cost for repairs is €25, excluding parts.
