Our jewelery has a one-year guarantee from its purchase that covers eventual defects that may arise from manufacturing, but will not cover those caused by misuse or wear and tear over time.

The pieces of our jewelry are different from each other and may have imperfections due to the nature and style of each material. The color may vary slightly depending on the tints and the calibration of the screen on which you view the images.

To make the guarantee effective, the date of purchase must be proven by means of: the purchase ticket, the gift ticket or the invoice.

Repairs

If your repair is not covered by the guarantee, we can repair your piece, except for the deterioration of the color baths and their deterioration over time. The approximate price of labor for repairs is €25 pieces separately.
